鉴衡认证设有监管认证质量的理事会和技术委员会。在风能认证方面，配备了专业的工具软件，建立了一支专门从事风能认证的技术队伍，根据国际导则、IEC标准和国家标准，以及国际通行惯例，开展风电设备的设计认证、型式认证、项目认证。通过认证，为风电场开发商提供选购产品的依据，降低投资风险；为设备制造商的产品质量把关，帮助企业消化吸收引进的技术，促进技术创新。目前认证客户涵盖了国内主要风力发电机组制造企业，其技术能力和认证结果得到政府部门和社会各界的广泛认可和采信。

China General Certification Center

China General Certification Center (CGC) was founded in 2003 with the authorization of the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CNCA), which is a professional certification body committed to standards development and quality certification in renewable energy field.

Our new missions are:

1. To strive for leading technical capability of standards and specifications research and development;

2. To provide technical services with the principles of impartiality, independence, scientificness and preciseness;

3. To promote safe, clean, efficient, sustainable renewable energy supply.

Equipped with professional software, CGC, with its Council and Technology Committee ensuring the quality of service, has established a wind energy certification team, providing authoritative quality certification service for every link in the chain of wind power industry.
